Process
During the ideation process I discovered my depiction of Ozioma was a lot rougher than what was in the story itself. To correct this, I softened her appearance and pushed for a suggestion of danger.
Ozioma Vignette Illustration
I created a vignette illustration for the short story, Ozioma utilizing the text as the source of iconography and elements. The intent was to provide a teaser or loose summarization of the story without giving away too much or depicting a specific event in the story.
